Rotowire
Carroll went 1-for-4 with an RBI, a run scored and two stolen bases in Wednesday's win over San Francisco.
Carroll drew a leadoff walk to open the contest before eventually coming home on a Josh Bell single. The outfielder would then go on to reach again in two of his next four trips to the plate, adding two steals and an RBI single over that span as the Diamondbacks took their second straight win on the road. Carroll has now swiped two bags in back-to-back games, while he also extended his hitting streak to 14 games with Wednesday's single. Over that latter stretch he's batting .350 (20-for-57) with six homers, 16 RBI, 16 runs and five stolen bases.

Diamondbacks' Corbin Carroll: Moves up against lefty
Rotowire
Carroll batted second and went 2-for-4 with a walk, an RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 14-3 win over the Dodgers.
Carroll had batted in the lower third of the order against lefties for the last couple of months, but he was moved up Sunday against Los Angeles southpaw Justin Wrobleski. Carroll, who extended a hit streak to 11 games, had his best month of the season in August, which suggests the promotion against lefties was more than a one-day deployment. He finished August with 11 home runs, 24 RBI, 30 runs and a 1.042 OPS over 28 contests.

Diamondbacks' Corbin Carroll: Makes impact as pinch hitter
Rotowire
Carroll went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer in Sunday's win over the Phillies.
Carroll entered the game in the fourth inning after Lourdes Gurriel was forced to leave with left hamstring tightness. Carroll was held in check until his final at-bat of the day, when he took Jose Alvarado deep to left center to extend the Diamondbacks' lead. He's now homered in consecutive games and has three home runs this month after combining for six total between June and July. Carroll also has tallied at least a hit in 15 of the 17 games he's played in since July 23. For the year, the 23-year-old is slashing .218/.308/.380 with 11 homers, 46 RBI, 79 runs, 21 steals and a 51:87 BB:K in 489 plate appearances.
